The hotel is located in a quiet residential area in Spon End. There is a walking route into the city centre. I had my own private room at the back of the property. I had my own en-suite bathroom. Toiletries and towels were provided. In my room, I had a comfortable double bed, a modern TV, kettle, tea & coffee. Next to my room, there is a fully equiped kitchen, which I could use, if I wanted to cook a meal.

Although there was no breakfast, I was able to visit a pub or coffee shop for my breakfast.

Everything was excellent from booking to arrival and during the stay. Excellent owner who has brilliant communication, easy to access the house/room, easy to find, all codes etc were sent well on time, an affordable and v comfortable stay. Having bathroom en suit was great and ability to come and go undisturbed was brilliant. Walking distance to Cov city centre and close to small local shop. Bus stop right outside and limited car parking (but we shared lifts so this was not an issue) Would highly recommend and plan to use again on future trips where possible.
