Excellent Stay

Not recommended at all. Could not sleep at all as there were endless cycle of cooking, cleaning and talking at the communal kitchen which is nearby room at nighttime till 2:00am. As the walls are thin it was like they are cooking and eating in my room.

The room itself is decent, the bathroom sink is way too small though. BUT what they don't tell you is that the room is located past the kitchen (as in you need to cross the full length of the kitchen to get to it). Like a pantry is. With just one door between them. That means you'll get to enjoy all kitchen noises from cooking to washing up to chatter and so on. Oh yes and these noises could happen late at night, say 1am, because the other thing they don't tell you is that the other 6 rooms or thereabouts are let to long term tenants which as a group have their own habits (like using the kitchen at 1 am) and are probably used to one another. Anyway, for someone who had to get up early each day, this was an awful, awful stay. Just to clarify - there's crucial information about this property (room location & other occupants) which is withheld knowingly or unknowingly - had it been disclosed I would have never booked this place. And Customer Service on this platform don't seem to listen or care either. What a shame.

The room was very clean and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. My room had a shared fridge in the kitchen which was very useful. The shower and toilet was more than adequate which added to the comfort of the room. It was quiet in the building and plenty of parking facilities out on the road. I felt very comfortable and safe in the room/building and I really liked the way the keys (main door and my room) was left in the secure coded outside safe. Will definitely use the facilities again. :-)
