Deluxe En-suite room in CV1

A well equipped room in a very quiet location. Close to town less than 10 minute walk. Just what's needed.

Bed was comfortable and the room was fairly well equipped.

Room was next to a communal kitchen which was used at all hours, so it was quite difficult to sleep. Property seemed more like a student HOMO.

As soon as I opened the door, I was amazed by the room. It had everything I wanted.

Kitchen good in general, but someone should do the dishes to the very end!

Clean cosy place in a quiet location but within walking distance of the city centre and Butts Park Arena (where I was working)

Only a small niggle but the desk wasn't very big (deep) and the TV was stood on it rather than mounted on a wall and so took up some of the desk space

As an OAP I was slightly worried beforehand at sharing a kitchen with younger people who might be noisy at night. However I hardly met the other residents who were very quiet & respectful, & as the area is quiet, I had a very peaceful time. Jason's comms were excellent, he was very keen to make sure I had what I needed (eg milk) on arrival, & my room & en suite bathroom were spotlessly clean. For essentially self-catering the room was very good value and only a 7 or 8 minute walk from the city centre. I'll definitely use again!
