La atención de la chica espectacular, muy buena comunicación y muy agradable y simpática

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente. Desde el primer momento la comunicación con el propietario fue rápida y muy amable, lo que nos hizo sentirnos muy cómodos. El piso se encontraba limpio, y perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin preocupaciones. Un detalle que valoramos mucho fue la atención y la empatía de la casera ante las circunstancias adversas debido a la alerta meteorológica, lo cual demuestra el buen trato y la preocupación por el bienestar de los huéspedes. Además, nos proporcionó recomendaciones muy útiles, como supermercados cercanos, que hicieron nuestra estancia todavía más amena. En definitiva, una experiencia muy positiva que recomendamos y repetiríamos.

Looking at the reviews I believe those people were either paid to write them or they had much much worse experiences in the past. We got there to realise the flat was not two bedrooms but just a curtain in the middle of the living room were two extremely battered sofas beds were waiting for us as normally advertised as one sofa bed and two single beds. Because the flat is on the ground floor the water doesn't drain well and both bathrooms flood when taking showers, for which we were told they didn't know about it. Nobody ever complained about it before. In other words, everyone else before just cleaned perfectly after them so the poor cleaning guy never had to deal with it. Well, the curtains in the bathroom seem like they never bothered to clean it as it was absolutely disgusting, and so were the walls all around. A job that would have taken them 2 hours to do and 10 min each day to maintain it. There are also rules about not being able to talk from 10 PM-5 AM as the neighbours are not on holiday. Look, this is not a complaint. I am just making sure the next customers are not dealing with these lies and issues as we did. Just pls be honest and clean the place up. Thanks
