The place has a great location because is between Ruzafa and Ciudad de la Ciencias y las Artes. There is a supermarket nearby and in front of Bar Casa Gines, a traditional Spanish bar with the best bocadillo of puntas de calamares. In addition, there is a bus station one block away for route 6, which can take you to Estanción del Norte, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, or el Puente de la Alameda.

The AC is small and this can be an issue during the summer. Also the mattress of the sofa bed is rather thin, this is ok for kids but for adults can be an issue.
