We had a really lovely stay at Beach View. Kate was a great host, friendly and easy to communicate with throughout, which made everything feel very smooth. The house is beautifully styled and clearly very well thought out. We really appreciated the little touches like the complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. The sea views were lovely and made it feel really relaxing. We’d definitely stay again.

Only negative was how busy the road is. Can't fault anything else.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The views were absolutely amazing and made it such a relaxing place to stay. Kate was a great host – friendly, helpful and kept us updated throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.

"Super séjour dans une belle maison face à la mer"

Belle maison victorienne avec tout le confort et un excellent emplacement face Ă  la mer proche du centre de Sandgate.

Rien. Comme dans toute la ville de Sandgate le stationnement est difficile en été et la route est trÚs passagÚre.

"Great for families"

The house is spacious and has many different areas so it's easy for the group to stay together or break apart as they wish. Kitchen is huge which gave us plenty of space for our food. Also plenty of bathrooms for everyone. My three year old enjoyed it so much he asked why we couldn't live here.

Some of the furniture could be a little more comfortable if it were newer, but it's in decent condition as is
