The property is at such high standard. So beautifully clean and all the equipment was of such high standard. I would son recommend this property to any of our family or friends.

"A fabulous getaway in an untapped location for restaurants, bars and views"

Beautiful house, with epic amenities. Super comfortable living environment as well as bedrooms. The location was fabulous, opposite the beach and a walk to Folkestone meant you earned yourself a delicious lunch.

"The perfect stay."

We booked our stay to visit family in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better house. It had everything we needed. This house is finished to a high standard, was immaculately clean, and very comfortable, and we would happily book to stay again. The uninterrupted view of the sea was the icing on the cake. I could sit and watch the ships go by all day!

"Wonderful stay"

Wonderful house and host, so helpful and responsive. Location brilliant, right opposite the pebble beach. Amazing sea views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The road is a little busy so do take care crossing the road. Everything we needed was provided. Fab to have an American style fridge complete with ice machine, and an extra fridge/freezer in the utility room. Luxurious main bathroom. We visited Port Lympne safari park, did beginner climbing sessions at F51 in Folkestone (they also have an indoor skate park there), and snow rings at the dry ski slope in Folkestone. We can recommend the Waterfront restaurant in Hythe and there's a great all you can eat sushi place called Kazoku. Sandy beach at Sunny sands was lovely and great atmosphere and food options at the Harbour Arm.
