Perfectly located accommodation in city center of Catania. Very good size for up to 4 ppl staying, very helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

The location of the property was so prime, it was literally a 2 mins walk to the city central where there were some iconic cafés and also shopping / departmental stores. The city during the day as well as the evening was buzzing and I loved it. The bus station is also very close to this property.

It was 100% perfect.

Location is great. host can give good recommendations of what to do and where to go around the city. Quiet place, comfy beds, easy check in

the fact that the cleaning lady entered the apartment without knocking or ringing the bell at 7:30am without any reasons what so ever. The worst part was that the owner texted me that I should pay an extra 50 euros because he "realised" that I brought a guest to HIS b&b and that he was hospitable and kind and at least I could have told him about my guest! fact that is not true at all, and even if it was, supposedly, there is no such extra fee mentioned on the property details/rules. Would have been nice not to be accused of such thing and even better if he would have asked me first if I brought someone over or not, not to throw with silly accusations. He was a great host until all of this happened.

The location is perfect. Situated just 5 min from nightlife galore but still far enough away that it won't bother you. Supermarket and bakery right around the corner. Also a nice little park. The apartment itself is quiet. It's located in the side wing of an ancient house. It's clean and very tastefully decorated. It is maybe a bit dark inside which would be perfect for the summer month since it won't heat up easy. Gianluca was a very nice and attentive host and always answered our questions within minutes. The only things we missed during our stay was a sharp kitchen knife and a couple of dish towels which I am sure after reading this Gianluca will provide immediately. The parking situation in front of the house is kind of crazy but we even found a free parking spot just 5 minutes away in front of a school. We found a parking spot there every evening. All together we had a wonderful stay at Caronda52 and recommend it without hesitation.

We had a couple of really cheeky mosquitos in the apartment. Did not like those very much ;-)

Very good location, the host was very nice.

The accomodation was very clean, nice new furnitures, clean towels and bed sheets. In the kitchen were coffee machine with some coffee pods, glasses, plates, pots to cook, everything you need in an apartment. The quarter-master was very nice, he was helpful and always accessible when we had a question or information. The location is the best, near to the main street and to the bus station. We were 3 adults and the rooms were enough for us.

In February, the heater was a bit weak for us, mostly in the living room. ( Depends on what you used to) In the kitchen we miss a bigger knife to cut the bread or bagel. And the door was only protected by code, no key, so it was a bit fearsome. It was only our worries, the apartment is great, but need some develop. :)

Giancarlo was an excellent host. He met us at the property and made sure everything was in place. It is a very modern space, which was a surprise in a city that has older architecture. There is a main living area downstairs with a pullout couch and an upstairs loft with a large bed. Kitchen had modern appliances with espresso machine and the bathroom was also new with modern fixtures. Shower was amazing. Apartment also had a smart tv with access to Netflix and other nice-to-have amenities. On our trip we've stayed in 4 other locations and none of them had that. Location was perfect for our stay during the festival Sant de Agata.

When we arrived it was on Saturday night of the festival and finding parking was very difficult. That was probably due to our poor planning.

The apartment is very cosy and well equipped, there is everything you need. Location is absolutely perfect, Supermarket, busstop is just a few step from apartment. Gianluca was very helpful, he answered quickly to our requests. We highly recommend it!

This place is not just location (although this is perfect). Comfort facilities and vibe are all extraordinary! To everyone visiting Catania: go for this one, I promise
