Fin's Inn

We checked in and the very first thing we noticed was a puddle of water in the floor from the air conditioner, which was also leaking around the electrical outlets. I quickly notified them and thought someone would come check it but nope no one came to check it nor did they come to clean up the water. We used the towels they provided all week to keep the water soaked up. My family and I had to go buy us some towels to use as well as toilet paper and trash bags. Also the next day after returning to the room from the beach we go to shower and notice the shower curtain was missing, luckily someone that worked there was able to get us one, there is no staff on sight just fyi. I have pictures of the wall where the leak was and the floor, to me personally it was a fire hazard, if I hadn’t already paid we may have looked elsewhere once we noticed the conditions of the room. Other than that it was located close to the beach so if your there for just the beach and maybe without kids because of the sketchy area it would be an okay place. Hopefully the owners will fix the issue leak in room 209, that could potentially be a hazard if not fixed or checked.

It was within walking distance to the beach. The room was clean.

Our check in was 4pm. We arrived shortly after 4pm, but our room wasn't ready. We had to wait until after 5pm to be able to get into our room. We weren't given any towels, but once I reached out the towels were brought to the room. The a/c unit was in a strange place and we had to buy a small fan to cool the entire room.

All the negative reviews are crazy this place is clean nice and affordable. In the middle of all the sites and fun and the staff is Awesome. The Virtual check and response to any issues is prompt they fix the problems immediately. I Coach Basketball and we will always stay here

Everything was to my liking

The rooms seem well taken care of and clean. Newer decor/appliances. And very prettily decorated along with a sweet welcome bag with cups.

The room was warm. There is a window unit built into the wall in the smaller of the 2 "rooms" and the cool air does not get to the largest area. The pool was gross but we risked it... dumb mistake bc I think one of us got a UTI from the pool. There is no front desk, no personnel to immediately help tho the gentlemen that did help us were very nice.

No outside seating. Difficult to get supplies like toilet paper and towels from staff. They kept putting it off for days. No housekeeping services.

The location was great and the suite was spacious. Kitchen was nice sized.

The place could have been cleaner upon arrival. Sitting chairs were broken.

The shower

Linens were old and horrible. Made a trip to Dollar General and purchased my own. Floors were filthy. Trash from the rooms was stacked in a residential trash can by the pool. With no check in large numbers occupied the rooms. Loud late night arguments, concern for safety.

1 street back from the beach. Very convenient location to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The room was clean. It was a nice place to stay.
