Room dirty, sheets, towels dirty. Door code did not work. I am not sure if the door was locked when we were inside? No deadbolt on it. People were heard fighting next door and could smell cigarette smoke constantly in our room from other smoking outside their doors. My wife went and bought all new towels, sheets, pillows and blankets for our stay there

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We booked this location for 4 days based on excellent reviews, but our experience was quite the opposite. There was no front desk available to check in or address any issues in person, and they were unresponsive to our requests. After multiple calls, we received instructions to enter the room, but we were shocked and disappointed by what we found. The room had safety issues, with no secure lock on the door, and it was not adequately maintained. There were no trash cans, soap, or towels provided, and the shower was not functional. When we called the number listed on the door, the person who answered could not address our concerns and abruptly ended the call. There was no cleaning service during our entire stay. This has been the worst experience of my life, and I have never encountered such poor service before. I strongly advise against staying at this place.

Electricity went out during 1st night and fire alarms went off for no reason and would not turn off.

The only thing I didn't like was my room was not clean when I arrive. So I had to wait to get another room but ones I got my new room every thing was good

The ease of self check in. Location was good as well. Nice deep bathtub, extra towels were provided TV and fridge were great.

The walls are very thin. It is extremely easy to hear other guests, and someone tried to break into the room in the middle of the night.

We checked in and the very first thing we noticed was a puddle of water in the floor from the air conditioner, which was also leaking around the electrical outlets. I quickly notified them and thought someone would come check it but nope no one came to check it nor did they come to clean up the water. We used the towels they provided all week to keep the water soaked up. My family and I had to go buy us some towels to use as well as toilet paper and trash bags. Also the next day after returning to the room from the beach we go to shower and notice the shower curtain was missing, luckily someone that worked there was able to get us one, there is no staff on sight just fyi. I have pictures of the wall where the leak was and the floor, to me personally it was a fire hazard, if I hadn’t already paid we may have looked elsewhere once we noticed the conditions of the room. Other than that it was located close to the beach so if your there for just the beach and maybe without kids because of the sketchy area it would be an okay place. Hopefully the owners will fix the issue leak in the room that could potentially be a hazard if not fixed or checked.
