The room was clean and smelled great when we arrived. The bed was full size, but so comfortable. We were 10 minutes from Busch gardens and Adventure Island. We loved it here and will definitely be back!

There is a camera posted right on the patio which is fine but it felt like a bit of an invasion of privacy.

We liked the private fenced in patio, that gave us some privacy which was nice!

The light didn’t work to our room, we had to be in darkness without the main light on. There was mold where the coffee is stored. As well as very musty, when we walk around inside the floor felt dirty and our feet would turn brown from walking on it. It lacked to have a clean feel for sure.

Very nice and clean place. It’s quiet and accessible.

The property does not fit for extended stays. Does not offer facilities for cooking: no stove and very few kitchen ware. But for a short stay it’s perfect.

It was pretty. Small and simple! Well decorated and advertised well. It is spacious for what it is.

One adult roach and one juvenile roach on the wall upon arrival. All lights worked except the one above the bed. Stains on chair cushions and bed frame. Was not a fan of the parking situation. Stayed with family instead. Did not want a cancellation fee on top of being non-refundable, so i took pictures, but did not contact the owner about it.

The property was clean, quiet and in a good location.

The bathroom had a constant sewage smell and the water in the shower didn’t get hot enough.
