Location was great, about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Apartment was in a secure/gated area and the apartment was modem and spacious and everything you need

Location is close to train station. Prompt response from the stuff. The house tour is helpful.

House needs minor touchup. For one shower we had to tilt the shower head so that water wouldn't drip out.

Liked all of it! We were a party of four (2 couples). The team members I've been in contact with were excellent - could not fault the service at all (Kathryn (York Central Stays) and Laura (Housekeeping), Thank you both. The accommodation was extremely clean and functional. The location was perfect within easy walking distance of the city centre. We would definitely stay there again.

In truth there was nothing I didn't like about the accommodation, all I can add to make things easier for others is that; 1. The parking bay you may be allocated may not be identified by a painted number on the road but a black painted number on the kurb stone adjacent to the bay (these are not easy to see). 2. The Key Safes are located in the large arch cut into wall which is on and runs down the right hand side for the length of the complex - again difficult to see, especially if someone is standing in the arch sheltering from the rain.....

Lovely, cozy apartment with all the facilities for the perfect stay. A great location, with main attractions within walking distance.

Gift for my elderly Mum and Dad and they loved everything . They said it felt secure and safe and so comfortable. Staff were lovely.
