We loved everything about this apartment. It's in the best location right inside the city wall and within 5 minutes walk of the centre. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating, welcoming us on our arrival, even helping carry our luggage. Tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk were provided for us to make a cuppa on arrival. They checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was OK. The apartment is in a secure complex which can be entered using a key fob. Also the car was parked securely onsite. We really liked this aspect as it gave us peace of mind knowing our car and belongings were safe (and the family of course). I highly recommend this accommodation, it's the best I've stayed in, in York, for sure (and most other places). Thanks to the hosts for everything.

Loved everything about it, apartment was beautiful very relaxing a very safe place to stay town was within walking distance staff were very nice and couldn't do enough for you made us feel very welcome will definitely tell our friends and family about it and would love to go back in the future

We liked everything. There was just 1 thing regarding the mirror in bathroom my husband wanted to shave but wasn't tall enough to see in the mirror which made us laugh as we are both small and couldn't see into the mirror at all but that was just something we could get over

Its a lovely apartment, so local to everything, wonderfully clean & had everything we needed

Not really an issue but the code given to access through the barrier didn't work. Staff member Laura met us so it was quickly sorted. Laura was extremely friendly and helpful, thank you
