It is spacious enough to fit a lot of people. It has 4 bedroom which is just convenient for our family. Theres refrigerator, air fryer, kettle.. theres baby cot available, but as i requested it late pm, i did not manage to get it.. so be sure to request this early.

"Good value stay slightly outside the centre"

We were able to check in earlier than expected, which was very helpful since we arrived in Ipoh around 1 PM while normal check-in time was 3 PM. Upon arrival the baby cot was missing, but after sending a message it was arranged quite quickly, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable and nicely firm. The shower had good water pressure and warm water. The apartment was reasonably clean overall. The location is a bit outside the city centre, but it is easy to get around with Grab.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was not working properly, which made the room quite warm. There were also no knives in the kitchen. The bathroom was quite small.

Amazing rooftop pool

There are many rules posted in the apartment, which creates a feeling of discomfort. Only plastic cups are allowed. The bathrooms need to be cleaner.

Nearby location.

The stay was quite disappointing. There was no water dispenser, which made it difficult to prepare drinks. Basic items like coffee and sugar packets were not provided. We booked for 10 people, but there were only 6 mugs available. The mugs were also not clean and had stains. There were no cleaning brushes and no toothbrushes provided. The management really needs to improve on basic necessities and cleanliness. The facilities were not sufficient for the number of guests booked. Overall, improvements are needed to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
