My stay at Ipoh Horizon was extremely disappointing and far below the standard expected. The apartment was sub-standard and lacked basic essentials: the bedrooms had no closets, wardrobes, or even hangers. There were no bedside tables or lamps. The kitchen was equally poorly equipped, lacking even basic drinking glasses. The bathroom was tiny with only a single flimsy plastic shelf and nowhere to place toiletries. Speaking of toiletries, only a bottle of body wash and shampoo were provided. The building itself is very run down. The hallways were dirty with footprints everywhere, and the lobby staff (security guards) were surly and unhelpful. I am particularly disappointed that the listing was disingenuous. The photos focused almost entirely on the pool, hiding the reality of the rooms. Furthermore, the site did not clearly indicate these were individually operated apartments. I have used Booking.com for many years and expect a much higher level of transparency and quality. I would rate this as 2-star at best. I will not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others

Just the location

The place didn't look like the one that I booked as there are a few units and my is just one of them, It is just misleading and disappointing. Just had one parking lot available and we came in two cars. the other car park outside was fined for parking just outside the condominium.

Nach einem langen Flug von Australien haben wir einen falschen Code bekommen und es hat eine Stunde gedauert, bis wir ins Zimmer kamen. Kein persönlicher Kontakt - nur über WhatsApp. . Das Bett war bretthart. Im Nachbarzimmer war eine grosse Familie mit entsprechendem Lärmpegel. Am Ende bekam ich noch eine Parkbusse obwohl parken am Hotel möglich sein sollte.

Seek for cancellation but they refused even they mispresented their total livable space, it is not 54 square meter

Although the building appears new, the condition of the unit was disappointing. There were multiple stains on the walls, and one of the bedroom doors was unable to close properly. In addition, we encountered cockroaches in both the room and the kitchen. Furthermore, the bedsheets had a strong perfume scent that did not resemble regular laundry detergent, which raised concerns that the bedsheets in one of the rooms may not have been changed prior to our stay.
