Old Town Apartment St Luke with Sunny Terrace near Riva

The perfect place to stay to explore Split, its right at the edge of the old town and just one street back from the main promenade and marina,. It has two amazing terraces to relax in your own space!

Location is exceptionally good - everything you need is a few mins away - good to explore Split

The only thing it doesn't have is a view - but that would put the price up .

The apartment was a decent size for 2 people. It is located in a quiet street but only a 5 minute walk to the Riva. It has 2 balconies from which you have a small glimpse of the sea. There are 2 mini-marts within 2 minutes walk and also a number of local restaurants. The apartment served us well for our 7 days in Solit.

The exact street location could be made clearer and clearer pictures would help. No one was there to meet us, as we had expected, so I had to phone to owner to get the code to open the key safe box. We never met the owner and only communicated via messaging - but that worked OK.

Not fat from the sea & old town

Difficulty finding & getting into the property. We were led to believe from the info and messages that we would be met and gave accurate ETA. After waiting 20 minutes we phoned / texted the two telephone numbers and received a message that we were not being met & given a key code. After 10 mins of trying we again sent a text whereby a different code was provided & we eventually got into the property some 45 mins after arrival. In terms of location firstly it is not called "Paradise Apartment" - it does not have a name and for anyone else looking for this address - go through the brown gate marked Bruno apartment & this one is up the steps with a bright green door - hopefully from the feedback we have given, the owners will give the apartment a name and identify it by the gate, and provide the correct key code in email messages sent prior to arrival. There were other issues with the apartment that we have raised - water leak onto outside patio / broken outdoor furniture / shower door not closing/ rusty closes drier etc. Hopefully all these will be sorted for further guests. We agree with the other guests' feedback the sea view is a small space between buildings over rooftops & the concrete back terrace needs improving. It was not value for money.

Quite far from bus station and main port

The location is perfect and the apartment was clean. Only the terraces were a disappointment.

Communication was quite poor. No instructions about finding the place nor check-in. The only message we got before coming was about parking (we didn't have a car🙂). Another thing where you could put effort is the terraces. There is a huge unused potential, but at the moment they are in an awful condition.
