Old Town Apartment St Luke with Sunny Terrace near Riva

Excellent location - quiet but very close to the centre. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Nice to have outdoor terrace too.

A couple of small oversights by the cleaner were discussed with the owner so shouldn’t happen again. Clarity that you must ring for the key code on arrival was also discussed with the owner.

Great space with a large bed and brilliant terraces, close by to the water, restaurants and bars.

Comfy bed, friendly staff

We loved the location, it is less than a minute from the sea front. Shops and restaurants are close by. It is only minutes from all the places of historical interest in Split. The terraces were great, sun morning and evening. Frane was a great host. We had a very minor issue with the WiFi and he sorted it out very quickly. He also provided information regarding places to visit and to eat, etc.

Maybe a couple of extra pillows, that's all.

Location, very friendly service, airport taxi.

Location perfect! Facilities great. Owner had been very helpful, friendly and always very swift reply and best owner ever had in my experiences of this kind of accommodation!!

Unluckily, boiler had been broken for two nights but once we informed this to the owner, she arranged to fix it very quick which is very appreciated.

Excellent location, most of the city's attractions are located a maximum of a few hundred meters from the accommodation.There is an opportunity to sit and admire the sea on the terrace.The city itself is very beautiful and the people are very nice.

The shower was too hot and unable to adjust the temperature.

There are som things to get Mended!

Good size and good layout. Bigger than expected. Very central location so convenient. It has an kettle, hob and oven/grill which worked well for us. Nice dining table and small Sofa for relaxing. Two separate outdoor areas. The front being more favourable.

We had concerns about cleanliness and fun functionality’s, some broken or missing items from the apartment. The sink was broken in the bathroom but the owner was working on this and informed us during the stay. We have shared our other concerns privately.
