Great location and everything was fine. Host responded really quick to my messages.

Location is very nice

Room has roaches. Sucket where ref was plugged short circuit and no staff came to check it. No cloth wipes for the kitchen sink. Even the sink drain is stuck, have to pump it all the time. Cheap bath towels.

cockroaches roaming the apartment; cabinets had still items of previous renter in side; may be a maid, who knows the standards should be in charge of cleaning the rooms; if any of the mentioned deficiencies need proof, I have pictures I could send!- the construction hours of the site in front of my window was 12 hrs per day consisting in continuous concrete drilling. The owner of this unit should have informed that the studio is sitting in the middle of a construction site. Besides this I had a second booking with the same building and due to the terror of noise I cancelled the second booking, BUT STILL WAS CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT, EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED WITH IN THE GIVEN LIMIT. Given the chance to rate these bookings, by BOOKING .COM they should be ashamed of hiding behind such a name. Under normal circumstances I would bring this issue up to my legal advise, but sometimes people are just not worth the effort. If needed pictures can be provided in regards to every single issue.
