Location only

Nothing to tell but very stressful check in. If you are someone from a long haul/flight/travel definitely not a good recommendation. Property owner and concierge are not aligned. If you are looking for a place to stay in it park theres more choices around. Try to check other options before deciding to pick this place. And worst is towels and sheets looks like its not washed and was being used already many times. Or maybe it was just worn out

We like the location.

The kitchen facilities were incomplete. The microwave had no glass plate. There were no forks. The lobby guards and front desk guards were not respectful. Check in was so difficult since the key pass was not left with the front desk. We could not contact the host. It would have been nice if the host was reachable anytime. It is not advisable to book at Avida Riala for Senior citizens since the staff and host are not senior pwd friendly. It was a very stressful check-in.

"tv was not working, too much tables, aircon was not that cold"

it is near sugbo and we can look for transpo easily. a lot of food options too

no free water, we had to buy
