"Absolute worst place to stay."

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

The cleanliness was horrible. If you are thinking of getting a place in cebu, this is the last place you want to consider. There are cockroaches everywhere in the room. And the only solution given was to use a spray. The owners do not care to even consider changing your room. Imagine sleeping in a room infested with roaches everywhere.
