The location and the general 'feel ' about the accomadation. The hosts were genuinely warm and welcoming

Frank & Susan our hosts made us feel very much at home, comfy room and lovely breakfast, perfect stay for one night B & B with choice of pubs for evening meal

Breakfast was excellent - home made marmalade, fresh eggs.... Flexible with timings, refills etc not a problem, even the porridge was perfect! There is good parking, access any time, and the farm is located near South Molton. We would definitely stay again.

ford down is a fabulous place. reason for going to stay was because I grew up living here and wanted to go back and see it again. the hosts were also amazing very friendly and helpful. the breakfast in the morning was very very nice. we had the full English. there was tea and coffee also available along with fruit, cereal and yoghurt would highly recommend and would definitely go back kind regards Sam moule (was kingdon)

Everything! Location was secluded and idyllic. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and so much thought had gone into making our stay comfortable. Very generous welcome tea, coffee and biscuits. Rooms were great, charming, almost stately home chintz! Bathrooms were clean and really well equipped with towels and quality toiletries. The gardens were beautifully maintained and it was such a joy to visit. The breakfast was outstanding - we would go out of our way to stay here again. Thank you!

Frank and Susan are fantastic hosts. Aware we had been cycling all day, they got us checked in and settled in. Frank booked us a table at the local pub 2 miles away and because we were on our bikes he drove us there and picked us up afterwards, amazing service! The room was clean, warm and comfortable and breakfast the next morning was a treat.

Proper farmhouse B&B with plenty of character, lovely setting and friendly hosts making sure everything was OK for us.. Perfect breakfast selection all made fresh. Took us back to childhood days spent with our grandparents on the farm.

Quilt was too heavy and warm for me but as we could only stop 1 night this was not a problem and I will make a request next time as I am sure they would be more than happy to oblige.

Lovely farmhouse set in the picturesque Devon countryside. Susan and Frank were amazing hosts, very accommodating when we asked for secure parking for our motorcycle, which was really appreciated. They were happy to suggest to us local amenities and places to visit during our stay. Very quiet in the evenings, and great selection for breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommended a stay here if looking to visit the area.
