Location was good, easily accessible . We initially encountered issues with the heating, which was absolutely needed during our stay, but after contacting the owner via booking.com, she was on the phone within 30 minutes guiding me through the re pressurisation of the boiler, after this the house warmed up really quickly . It was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The only thing I would really say, is that the lounge needs a lamp, possibly a floor lamp, as the only light in there is the main light and first thing in the morning, its very bright, thats splitting hairs, but would make it more cosy of an evening, and early morning.

Location near to shops and takeaways and a bus route (12/13) 7 min walk. Property was great and clean with everything we needed. Easy to park out on the rd a great place and will definitely stay again.

All doors squeak needs a little oil and fridge seal needs good clean as can see mould developing but not major issues property otherwise was spotless and would definitely stay again. I’m not sure I’d be happy at having to move car if it was a match day! Luckily for us it wasn’t.
