Poppy's Project - July Road

Place was spacious and photos were accurate and host was responsive It did the job for a quick overnight stay

Only 3 towels and 2 hand towels provided for a group of 4, questionable choice Bag of belongings left in a drawer upstairs - thankfully had contact details in and it was from the guest staying the night before so it wasn't cleaned properly overnight Parking was available to us at the time but apparently its not available during football season

The location was good. Short taxi ride in to town. Was clean and had everything we needed. Very good value for money.

The beds are not the best. The mattresses are loud, if you turn over in bed it makes loud noises and the bed is like a box so you can't sit on the edge as it's too uncomfortable and so it makes it hard to get in and out the bed.

The host was very efficient in providing details for entry to the property. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Parking was easy. Overall fantastic property and would definitely use again.

Overall the house was great but I did think the pillows needed replacing as they were a little lumpy

The location is not designed for tourists really only for football fans Public transport was not close by for people with mobility issues The dishwasher wasn’t working and still had dishes left in it there was not enough cups glasses and cutlery for the total number of guests The coffee was mouldy and the sugar seemed to have been there for years The owner was advised and said the cleaner would come to replace however as the cleaner was not booked until after our departure the owner offered to pay for coffee but the shops around could only be described as dodgy The uber driver and the locals from the city centre wondered why the hell we would have booked there
