Sathiti Cafe & Bed, 100 mt from Sihom Night Market

L’emplacement proche du night market et du centre ville. Le personnel sympathique et très serviable (même si l’anglais n’est pas leur fort). Le confort reste sommaire pour un occidental.

Il y a des travaux aux alentours qui commencent dès 7h. Le bâtiment n’étant pas isolé, on entend tout et ce n’est pas agréable. Prendre des boules quies.

Sistemazione accogliente situata sopra un cafe a pochi passi dal mercato notturno. Molto disponibile il personale, buono il caffè e l'offerta di colazione del locale.

Bagno piccolo, scomoda la doccia.

Overall, it is one of the better places in Vientiane. The room was spacious and roomy. I also had problems communicating with the bank and one lady from the coffee shop helped me a lot.

What makes this accommodation (not a hotel!) an absolute no-go is the noise. It starts at 6 a.m., continues throughout the day until late in the evening. In addition, there was a little too much hair in bed, shower and floor. And what I can't understand is that when it comes to payment, they simply choose an exchange rate that doesn't correspond to reality. Only 2,30 dollar a day more, but that's a matter of principle.

Construction noise from 7am next door

Heel leuk tentje, we hadden maar een korte overnachting hier maar je kan hier prima meerdere dagen verblijven! De kamer was leuk met een ruime badkamer en de douche was heerlijk! Op onze kamer was ook een magnetron en koelkast aanwezig. Veel kastruimte, een prima bed en zelfs een tv met Netflix. Je krijgt een sleutel van het café zodat je na openingstijden binnen kan. Er was iemand aanwezig om het in de gaten te houden. Ik vond het heel leuk gemaakt zo. Wel even opletten voor je hoofd als je lang bent op de trap. De kamer en badkamer was overigens goed schoon ook voor Nederlandse begrippen! We hebben in de avond meteen een taxi kunnen regelen voor vroeg in de ochtend voor een prima prijsje en dat ging super makkelijk, de taxi stond in de ochtend voor ons klaar om ons naar het airport te brengen. Top geregeld!

Ik zou alleen als tip meegeven dat ze de zeepjes kunnen veranderen naar een beetje non-toxic/natuurlijk, maar dat is puur omdat ik daar zelf van hou en omdat ik denk dat dat echt super zou passen bij de rest van de vibe!

The room was incredibly large and very clean with great amenities. We were so pleasantly surprised by the kitchen (fully equipped), dining room table, and huge flat screen smart TV in the room. This was the biggest room I've had in all of SE Asia. It's also conveniently located right on top of a cute coffee shop, so that was nice in the morning. The bathroom wasn't anything special, but it had hot water and lots of toilet paper. Great AC and honestly loved it.

A little confusing because there's no reception, it's just rooms on top of a coffee shop, so just enter through there and they sort you out. Not much going on around the hotel, but that's not their fault.

Situé à côté du Food court, idéal pr aller manger local le soir. Prenez y le petit dej: salade d avocat et tartines d avocat délicieuses! Super restaurant à 50 m qui paye pas de mine avant le foodcourt. Aide du responsable pour appeler un touktouk.

Communication difficile en anglais, peu le parlent.

Tout est parfait. L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le prix, le confort des chambres. On est à côté du night market. Rien à redire.

Great location close to everything you’d need to see or do. Room was a lot bigger than expected and the working flat screen tv was a great bonus to watch when going to bed.
