Sathiti Cafe & Bed, 100 mt from Sihom Night Market

The location of this stay is minutes walk away from the night market. It's great! The cafe is one of the better cafes in Laos, very modern menu and lucky guests get to choose a food item on the menu for breakfast! (From a selected option of course). I opted for a drink instead cos it was too early and I wasn't feeling hungry (the matcha coconut drink was delicious!) The staffs are very helpful and nice.

Unfortunately the room just didn't feel very clean, mainly because of the bathroom. I wish they provided slippers. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust system and the smell would whiff into the room too, was kinda nasty. Given the price, can't complain too much.

We loved this apartment so much we booked it again for our return to Vientiane! It really felt like home to us - a super cosy and well furnished nest to relax and recover after the madness of backpacking. We spent a lot of our time in bed watching TV and popping downstairs to the fantastic cafe for food and drink! The manager was kind and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel at home. On a nice little street in the very middle of town and they can book any onward travel for you.

A little bit of construction noise on our first day but that's Laos for you!

The hotel has a great location and the staff are very nice and welcoming.

＜＜especially pity＞＞ ◆＜①(/14)泊目＞深夜【20250822(金)0:30頃】から発生した 4F＜最上階＞からの水漏れに拠り『自室床上浸水【約①cm】が約⑪時間30分解消されず、非常に不快だった 【残りの⑬泊中に『同様の浸水被害』を再び被ることを回避する為、他の②(/3)室への移動を強く求めたが、受け入れらず、＜ 【①(/3)】計②(/14)泊分の宿泊料金discount』 【②(/3)】他の宿泊者への警鐘の徹底』【③(/3)】水漏れの原因となった4F当該原因発生箇所【sink】付近への＜注意文＞の貼り付け ＞ を条件に『同室での宿泊継続』を止むを得ず受け入れたが、『【③(/3)】＜注意文＞の貼り付け』については、こちらから再三催促(to Booking.com & female staffsを含む)した後に漸く【⑤(/14)泊目＜20250825(月)am＞】に履行される『不手際』が続き、重ねて非常に不快だった。また『水漏れのそもそもの原因【4F (washing machine横)sinkの排水pipe破損】』は、check out迄修理されることは無く、少なくとも『自室床上浸水後⑭日間放置された儘』で、残りの宿泊中『自室再浸水発生のrisk』が解消されることは無く、非常に不安だった。】×××××××××××××× ◆female hotel manager(short hair) の宿泊者対応が『無愛想 & 場当たり的 & いい加減』なことが多く、総じて非常に不快だった【『【③(/3)】＜注意文＞の貼り付け』を直接催促した際も『今日はoffなのにわざわざ来た』等愚痴を言われた】。××××××××× ◆宿泊料金精算の際『credit card決済時は更に▲3%加算』する『新たな支払い条件』を初めて知らされた【Booking.com予約条件に予め『明記』すべき】。△××××× ◆宿泊料金精算の際、持参した(hotel以外のVientiane店舗では決済可能であった)計③社のcredit card決済を【週末3日間に】計十数回試みたが『unavailable』となり、わざわざ『最寄りATMでのcash引き出し』に行かざるを得ず、非常に不便だった。××××× ◆bathroom壁面上部の通気窓から、毎日夜間〜早朝に掛けて、大量の小虫【ﾔﾓﾘを含む】が入ってくる。△× ◆毎日、free WiFiが不安定になることが不定期に頻発し、その都度『動画再生出来なくなる & 途切れる』等し、不便だった。△××× ◆＜⑥(/14)泊目am【20250827(水)6:30頃】＞から＜⑭(/14)泊目am【20250904(木)12:00頃】＞迄の日中【毎日18:00頃】迄、hote東南側に接する建物の解体に伴い発生する『大音量の工事音【concreteを 削るdrill音 & 打ち付けるhammer音 etc...】』が断続的に自室内に響き続け、非常に不快だった。×××××××××× ◆＜⑩(/14)泊目am【20250831(日)】＞『25:00〜25:03』の約③分間、free WiFiが、突然切断され全く繋がらなくなった。××××× ◆＜⑩(/14)泊目am【20250831(日)】＞『26:02〜26:07』の約⑤分間、power outage【hotel建物全体の停電】が発生し、自室内の air conditioning、free WiFi、lighting、refrigerator 等が全く使えなくなった。△××××× ◆＜⑪(/14)泊目am【20250901(月)】＞『10:40頃〜11:40頃』の約①時間、web televisionが全く使えなくなった【free WiFiは使えた】＜①(/2)回目＞。××××× ◆＜⑬(/14)泊目pm【20250902(火)】＞『12:00頃〜18:00頃』の約⑥時間web televisionが全く使えなくなった【free WiFiは使えた】＜②(/2)回目＞。××××× ◆check in直後の入室時点で＜ ＜bed room＞ ◆◆床面全体に、大量の長髪 及び 埃 が残置されており、非常に不衛生。×××× ◆北東向き(観音扉)窓【上部が磨り硝子窓】は、鉄格子と木製の板で塞がれていて【嵌め殺し窓】『眺望無し』【Booking.com予約条件に記載要!!!

位置很棒，公寓设施齐全，服务态度很好。

厨具较少，不太方便，只能用微波炉勉强解决。
