The pictures do not accurately protray the state of the unit. All the appliances and furniture are OLD. There are numerous rules about how basically they will not be providing any services while you are there. Bedsheets are only changed every 3 or 4 days. I have never stayed in a place where the rooms are not cleaned daily, cleaning the rooms is an extra charge. For the same amount I paid here, I could have gone else where and had basic services rendered such as cleaning and breakfast. There is no one on site to assist guest, you communicate with the unknown staff via whatsapp and get no response. In short you are paying for a room that has not been mantained or updated in years.

Absolutely nothing.

First off there is no reception. We also had to collect the key at a dodgy garage. With regards to the accommodation, the gate remote hardly works, the wifi does not work, the cold water tap on the shower is so rusted that it can't be opened, the toilet does not flush properly, the pillows are non-existent, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the fridge is so loud you can't sleep. Furthermore, the fridge does not seal. Ants got into the "closed fridge" and started eating our food. It's important to note we have stayed at more than 6 guestbhouses in the same area at the same price point with none of these issues.
