Boathouse Bed & Biscuit - Lower Deck

Small, clean, private, air-conditioned.

We loved the place. Perfect for a young couple like us. The bed was so comfortable we had to stop ourselves from sleeping too much, aircon was great. Braai was clean and perfect for us. There is not a stove or oven but there are so many amazing restaurants in walking distance or close by we didmt mind. Swimming pool was clean amd lovely. The upperdeck room that we took has a closed coveres garage so that was awesome too.

No bad reviews, just dont leave any food outsode or unsealed as the ants will cover it.

It was a charming little room with a balcony. Private, quiet and sweet. We loved it! And we will be back. :) Security-wise it wasn't as good as it could have been. The property gate was always open and didn't respond to the clicker we received. The garage door didn't have a key so only locked from the inside. The suite itself did lock so I suppose not a huge deal, but still, an easy thing to fix to let us feel a little safer. The surrounding area is beautiful, lots of restaurants and beaches. Great value for money.

The location is quite the way I like it, the neighborhood is very good. It is a peaceful place

I thought because the house is called a boathouse it's near the sea or a lake.

Very comfortable. Close to the beach. Big room. Has a balcony, and a little pool.

It's hard to get to the garage. Because no one guides you inside, it's hard to find some of the switches, and the power sockets. The door for the toilet doesn't give privacy. There is no open window in the bathroom.

It was nice and central and it was kept clean for us

The internet did not work and the aircon temp change was stuck on hot

As could be expected for the price we paid, facilities were fairly basic but my son and I enjoyed a nice getaway in a clean an comfortable BnB
