Classy 1-BR Flat Nestled Between Dupont & Logan

Lovely apartment in the heart of DC. Great location near Dupont Circle near lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The whole foods is also super close. Lots of natural light. Kitchen had everything we needed. Main bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice and warm.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on.

The location was incredible. Close to great dining and bars and the pride parade could be watched from the dining area or the front patio which was an added surprise.

Steep stair access. One of the ac units not working (but others worked fine!). Mezzanine ceiling height is very low, fine for us.

Convenient location and in truth one good double room.

Accommodation maintenance issues caused stress, and a protracted settlement process. Could have been more hassle free. The loft room needs stooped crouching to access.

The location

They need to be more transparent on the 54 narrow stairs to get to the apartment . We had luggage and my friend has knee issues. Also the “ second bedroom “ is in the attic and your head hits the ceiling. The stairs going up to it are very narrow ( the picture on booking makes them look wider.) We had no coffee in the room the first day. There was hair behind a plant by the attic stairs.

The location was great!

The owner fixed them, but we had a couple of internet outages. I assume they were just short term because the internet was great the last few nights. That was the only issue, otherwise a perfect stay!
