"Tried it. Not for us"

Location

Bed and couch both not comfortable Party going on on courtyard behind us night before marathon Locks were not well tended Needed batteries and had to talk to. Remote person to get in with a spare key. A pain

"Great place"

I like the check-in process where everything is contactless. I like that everything was provided in there. I love the little things they put in the apartment. Coffee and tea maker (we drink a lot of coffee/ tea), little Hershey chocolate upon arrival. Record player (nice touch but we don't use it). The desk in the living room area was height-adjustable which is nice. I do love the amenities in the closets (extra pillows, hangers, and heater). An umbrella is definitely a nice extra (normally places don't have umbrellas yaknow lol)Bed is not bad at all, with extra pillows and good size comforter. Although I think there are too many cushions (the couch pillows that are only for "decoration") Two a/c are good enough although I do wonder if it has heater. Location is pretty good!

As soon as I get in, I found that there is no blind on one of the windows, which made me quite nervous. The switch/light on the bedroom lamp is so short (it's long but the ceiling is too high) so I had a hard time turning it on an off as needed (I had to tip toe and even then I had to stretch alot to get the switch. I am 5'5"). The blind in the bathroom was also broken (1/8 of it broken off). The water pressure in the shower is terrible. The switch hot and cold is the worst, cause we have to turn one off before the other and it gets confusing. My dad did fall trying to "flee" the cold water. Very confusing plumbing! I would also suggest maybe a "makeup" chair in front of the big mirror in the bedroom.
