The room was clean and nice.

The owner is delightful, very smart and engaging. She was very conscientious about our comfort.

The water could have been hotter.

No breakfast offered.

Host is doing some construction so a little messy on the premises. But it will look wonderful when completed!

Friendly Reception and communications excellent about arrival. The stay was a quick overnight stay. Room and Bed was very comfortable and bathroom shower large with good shower. Easy step over access to get in and out. We rested well. Room has plates, glasses cups etc. for use. Small refrigerator and microwave, Large couch , night table with stools television in room.

Construction outside but this did not intefer with our stay.

We loved the surroundings, proximity to town, quietness, and IVACAZ attention to comfort and charm. We ate outside on the patio amongst natures happiest creatures. Great water pressure.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave. 😉 Bed was very comfortable and I'd consider removing the boxspring to reduce bed height. Just a thought.

The guest room was great for my wife, our baby girl, and our dog while we traveled to Pagosa Springs on our annual ski trip. The bed was super comfy and we slept great.

When we first got there, we weren't sure. We thought it was like an airbnb, not private, but gladly we stayed. Our stay was great. The host is amazing and very friendly. The room is private and quiet. My daughter and my dog had a blast. The host goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and " at home." I usually don't write reviews, but this one was a special case.
