I was traveling through Pagosa Springs with a friend on BMW motorcycles. Initially I thought I booked a room at a hotel but was pleasantly surprised to find this place in a nice residential neighborhood. Our room was large and clean with beautiful furniture. The host was incredibly friendly and made our stay special.

The shower was excellent. The beds soft and fluffy. Decor was very nice. The owner was nice and friendly.

Our room was in the back . There was rooms in front. It was set up like a B&B off the residence. I didn’t realize it until we pulled up. It was warm and couldn’t find a thermostat but open a window and it was pleasant.
