Luxury 1 BR with DEN Downtown Tampa Apt - City Views, Rooftop Pool, Workspace

The property is beautiful and in a good location. The view is terrific. They offer free gourmet coffee, has a nice gym, and everyone was friendly.

The check in and out process is TERRIBLE. It’s great that parking is offered BUT you need to find a place to park OUTSIDE (the 15 minute parking was NOT available). Then go to the concierge to let you in, go up to the apartment, be an engineer to figure out how to open their lock box, go back down to your car with the parking passes that you MUST contact paper to your windshield & hang the tag, then park and go in. This takes about an hour. Check out is WORSE because you need to do this ALL of this again and you NEED the parking passes to get out of the garage. If you didn’t realize this like us, you have to repeat everything above. It’s VERY frustrating and unnecessary. They also changed the code to the lock box so you can’t even put it back on as they want you to. This property needs a MUCH BETTER & SIMPLER system. My husband works in technology and had a hard time with the lock box. When I called the property THEEE times about this and texted them they were completely UNRESPONSIVE! Also the apartment is right near the elevator and in the bedroom you hear the gears/ cabling system in the bedroom. The view and the apartment itself as well as the building are VERY nice! The free parking is great it’s just a TERRIBLE system that they have to get & return the parking passes .

The fitness center, pool and location.

Fridge: Not working on arrival, so our food went bad and we couldn’t keep any fresh food. Maintenance responded on day 3 but the initial fix did not work and finally got a replacement 5 days later. • Cutlery: Only three forks provided at first. More were delivered, after requesting it. • Shower Head: Barely working (no pressure) due to limescale buildup. It was replaced on day 3. • Towels: Only two old, rough and very thin, medium-sized towels provided initially. New ones were provided a few days later upon request. • Furniture: Very basic and poor quality. The lamps looked extremely cheap (one didn’t work), the table and chairs felt unstable, there was only a small loveseat and one small arm chair, and the bedding was uncomfortable and worn out. The pillows were cheap and felt like they were filled with old hard cotton balls. • Privacy: No blinds or curtains on the living room balcony doors—we felt like we were on display to the other apartments. • Lift Noise: The biggest issue. The apartment is right next to the building’s elevator shaft, and the noise was continuous, especially on higher floors (we were on the 23rd). Clanging and mechanical sounds were disruptive 24/7—making restful sleep nearly impossible. This should have been clearly mentioned in the listing. • Overall: The apartment was not QC’d to ensure the minimum requirements were adequate.

Location was spacious, very clean and had all amenties you would need. Good location and great details for instructions for arriving and checking out.
