The location was fantastic for the co-op stadium.

The apartment was dirty, a dirty sock was left in the en-suite bathroom. There were suspicious looking red marks on a towel. Dirty marks on the walls. Toilet seats were loose and moved when you sat on them. Bathroom sink and kitchen sinks didn't have plugs. The window blinds were in poor condition. Wardrobe sliding door in master bedroom was off the rails. Cutlery was dirty and had to be washed before we could use it. Cutlery, crockery and glasses didn't match which isn't good for a supposedly high class letting. Plates. Glasses, Pans were all untidy in the cupboards. The kitchen furniture was shabby and showing signs of excessive wear. The photos on the advert showed fruit, croissants etc which suggested that they would have been complementary items for the visitors. There were non ! Bedside cabinet was wonky and unstable. Onthe balcony table was a wad of chewed chewing gum ! I took photos and sent them to the owners agent. They were very apologetic and did offer to get a workman in to resolve issues, but that wasn't convenient for us. My security deposit was returned with no problem but some compensation would have been nice. This trip was a special treat for my wifes birthday, we could have stayed in the Hilton Hotel for considerably less than we paid to stay here ! Not one of your finest properties. I have the photos if anyone wants them...

Spacious

Over priced. It’s difficult to access. Imagine you have to drag two luggages across a construction site to reach the property, it’s terrible. We had to key in 3 set of passwords in order to get into the property. One of which was wrong and we were strangled in front of the property for half an hour to sort it out. It’s in the middle of nowhere. We had to go to Piccadilly for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For that price, we could stay in a quite good hotel in city centre. Completely a mistake for me to choose this property.

The location is perfect if you are going to the co op live arena or the football ground. The views from both the living room balcony and master bedroom are great. The apartment is very spacious and well maintained. The host is very nice and polite, And was always available when needed. The beds were very comfortable and T.V's are great quality. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the local area and I can't wait to stay again. Its the perfect deal between what you pay and what you get. 10 out of 10.

Everything was amazing and no negative comments come to mind.
