Nice view, close to supermarket and stadium

Contrary to what’s advertised, there was no air conditioning. Lucky it was not too hot

Modern and spacious apartment. Easy access to the city via busses. Great views of the Etihad from the balcony.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for our gig 2 minutes over the road st CoOp live. 5 of us stayed, and there was enough space for us and more. The gated parking was great and free, which made our trip much easier. The letter of the property kept in contact was very welcoming and answered my messages with 30 minutes . The views from the balcony of our room were great. You could see the stadium and the CoOp live as well as hills in the distance , as the balcony goes around the room. Warm , safe, and comfortable ! The rooms were bigger than I expected from photos too.

The codes were a little tricky to get in the door and memories. But once we had the hang of that, and memoriesd it was easy. The staff helped with any worries and replied very quickly to any questions.

We rented the apartment as we were going to a concert at the Coop Live Arena. It could not have been better positioned. The apartment was literally just across the road from the arena. It is a lovely roomy apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Big gated safe car parking.

The problems were minor. Although very clean there were a couple of issues in the kitchen. The freezer was so frozen up that none of the drawers could be opened so it was not usable. The kitchen bin had not been emptied . It didnt have food waste in it but looked like the cleaner had put a few things in when cleaning the apartment but had forgotten to empty it. One of the headboards on one bed in the twin room had partly fallen off and had been left at an angle half on and half off. We managed to temporarily attach it again but it is very wobbly as some screws are missing. We were staying just one night so none of this was much of a problem.
