No breakfast on site but it was a self contained apartment. Also access to the balcony/patio area extra £40 but only for a limited timing.

Charging £15 to park is excessive and likely does more damage to the bottom line than good as people will avoid. Not very transparent on booking.com either

The room was not as I expected, reported faults on the first of a four day stay, still weren't fixed when I moved out, the hotel room was noisy, when you walk around the room the floors creaked, not Good when you get up at night & your partner is sleeping. For a suite the room was small, bathroom was far too small, can't even get your head or face in the sink to wash &/or shave.

No problem with the property at all. Although an extra element of shelving in the bathroom would have been beneficial.
