The room!! Too small, staples in the floor, rugs everywhere, (deathtraps!) bathroom smelled of sewage, people above noisy indicating no soundproofing, hallway light on and off all night glowing into the room, asked several times to pay £15 a night to park, which eventually was waived following a £35 parking fine, offered to change rooms on 3rd day but too late and too much hassle to pack and unpack!

Hidden extra charges for everything couldn't use balcony even tho was attached to room unless you paid silly money furniture was old and cheap and old bed sheet as shower cover

GBGBGreat location, bed was surprisingly really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful the terrace for the room was nice too. Tea and coffee in the room, towels were nice and soft.
Decor was quite dated, outside door didn't close properly although did lock. A light by the vanity unit would be a great bonus.
