5 minutes from Loch Lomond - Recently Renovated in 2023 Ground Floor 1-Bed Flat

The sitting room was the better of the rooms even with uncomfortable sofas and stains on carpet

The photos of the flat do not match what the flat looks like now. No headboard, broken/cracked flooring in kitchen, stained/dirty carpet, broken and dirty cutlery, damaged mirror in bedroom, bed pillows completely flat stain on duvet cover covered up with throw. The flat is in need of a thorough clean, it re-needs renovating and repair, it also needs sorting, especially the kitchen draws and cupboards. Not an issue but the map of the world was wrongly put up! I did approach the owner and sent them the photos to which the reply was to apologise but as they do not live locally they rely on a team!

C'est conforme aux descriptions, très calme, grand et déco minimaliste parfaite. Loin du tumulte de la ville mais à proximité des commerces essentiels, de la gare et des bus. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits après un périple de plusieurs jours, fort agréable d'avoir de l'espace et une machine à laver. Je pense parfait pour un weekend.

Nous sommes de bons marcheurs, nous nous attendions à être plus proche du lac. Mais au final aucun regret au moins nous étions au calme et loin de l'agitation du loch.

The apartment

The flat was definitely value for money, clean and spacious. The kitchen is kitted out really well if you want to prepare your own meals. Very close to Loch Lomond and Balloch. There are shops, cafes and banking hub nearby. There's lots of privacy from other people in the building and we had a parking spot right outside the flat. This may become our go to for future weekends for Loch Lomond.

The outside is not eye catching but once in the flat it's gorgeous.
