room was damaged ……. they joint two single bed and made it double bed which was very uncomfortable and their bedsheet,blanket was very dirty….

Stay denied giving us stay and we were stranded in the middle of the evening The manager said it was auto cancelled but it wasn't and he just didn't gave us the room and wanted us to pay 50% extra for the same room. Gave it to another person in front of us. I reached out to booking.com customer care number but they did not connected me with anyone at the time. Such a disrespectful and humiliating situation this has put me in at the time. Never booking any other room from site where the hotels deny the booking at the face and tell lies that they have reached out

Awesome facility, very polite and friendly staff , especially Deepak Reception manager was brilliant in making the experience amazing. Its just next to tha super market and lots of shops around .. also very centrally located.

Nothing as such. Although my stay was a bit short still there was no issues.
