Location to Etihad Stadium very close about 9 minutes walk

Room is on the small side, bed would be better if moved a bit more away from the window wall to enable who is sleeping that side to get out of bed easier. Bed clean and comfortable

Good location if you need something close to Coop Live , you can walk back in 20min. Clean bathroom

A bit dusty fake plants in room ( im allergic so its important for me )

The location of the property is great of you’re looking for something close to Etihad stadium or Manchester Piccadilly station. It’s on a quiet street.

The room sold as a luxury room felt anything but. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, but the room itself was small, basic, and overlooked an unkempt garden. Despite claims of strong soundproofing in property description the walls were extremely thin — we were kept awake all night by noise from the floor above. We could hear people coming in and out of the property through the night which was very disturbing. One duvet was even left on the floor when we arrived, which is unacceptable for a room marketed as luxury costing over £200 a night. Overall, our stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.

Very centra was ideal as we were at a concert at the etihad. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed and also a well equipped kitchen we could use
