"unexpected visit, turned out great"

Christmas 2024 was a travel ordeal and I ended up at this hotel completely by accident after a bad experience at another hotel. This property was superior in every way to other hotels on the Willowbrook area. It is clean with comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The staff members were nice and seem to care about the guests, unlike certain other places which you can read about by clicking my user profile. A+ grade for this hotel, my new fave in NW Houston!

"Hopefully the room smell was a one off, everything else seemed great."

Service was very nice and locagion is right where I needed.

My room smelled damp and musty. It was a strong enough smell that we did not sleep well.

It seemed clean and updated. It was quiet which was a plus.

The staff were kinda rude in the morning. A lady at the front desk was not helpful when asking for extra towels. She said that wasn’t her job and to go to housekeeping, but did not tell us how to contact them. There was no WiFi password. Breakfast was costly. 12.99 a person seems a bit much for a continental breakfast type deal.
