Hotel is relatively new and nice. We booked the largest suite and it had an undercounter fridge and microwave and was spacious. There were a couple of light bulbs out and they repaired when requested. Also, the room was missing a hair dryer and iron - also provided when requested. A suite room like this should have plates, glasses, silverware and probably a garbage disposal to make it competitive with alternative venues.

Unfortunately have stayed here multiple times because of location and IHG points. Don't waste your money. Internet has not worked. TV has not worked. Breakfast has not been ready (no staff) and rooms not cleaned (no staff). Last visit my room was not available, reservation DECLINED, had to go to another hotel. And if you need assistance from Hotel Management "TEAM" forget it, they just take your money and ignore your complaints as does IHG. Sheraton two miles away is $10 more but much better value.

Off 249 area not too appealing area but decent.

Price was too high for the stay could have been due to power outages across the city. Supply/Demand. I asked for an extra pillow front desk didn’t supply me one for the fold up couch bed. Had to get sheets as well. Place wasn’t well kept
