Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Shelby Park Home **FREE PARKING**

The house was beautiful! The brick in the living room was my favorite part! The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of things, especially the highway! Parking is available in the back of the house which is nice we don't have to park on the street. For the price it worked for what we needed it for. Though the weekend festivities got canceled.

First off, the trash was not taken out. The cleaner left trash on top of the fridge and its clear they don't move things and clean around or under them. The kitchen table was very wobbly we were afraid to have our kids eat there. The pullout sofa is a small broken lounger, big enough for a young child. The vent in the master bathroom stopped working and the faucet in the kitchen was loose, almost not attached.

Location was questionable, neighborhood was not the cleanest

It was very clean and spacious.

There wasn’t a coffee table or side tables in the living room to place your drinks on (just a minor detail)

The house had a great location close to downtown attractions and had good highway access close by. The house had plenty of room for the four of us and was nicely remodeled recently. The kitchen had plates, cups, and utensils, but minimal spices. Bathrooms were well stocked as well.

The neighborhood nearby had some sketchy looking characters but we had no issues during our stay. I had submitted a message to request early check in the day before our arrival but never heard a response form the host. There were also no extra trash bags so while there was a cleaning service that took the trash out after we left, we did have to pile up some additional items that did not fit in the one bag provided. Also a few extra cooking items in the kitchen would be nice to assist with meal preparation. There were just a few items in the cabinets so we decided not to cook anything due to the extra supplies we would need to complete a meal. Minimal issues overall that did not greatly affect our trip.

Not enough dining chairs for family to sit together only 2 chairs and a dining table and the table was not screwed together properly and legs were very wobbly, we tightened them a bit with our fingers, not enough kitchen products, such as more larger pots needed, and large frypan, and teaspoons. A kettle and a toaster would work well for overseas travellers, we brought our own as most USA accomodation don’t have one .

Was skeptical at first with the neighborhood but proofed to be a good quiet family neighborhood. Close to everything that we wanted to do.
