Cosy and modern 1 bedroom garden house - very dog friendly!

A lovely little house with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Tina met us on arrival, showed us around and made sure we had essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and delicious free-range eggs from her hens! Walking distance to the village which has a decent pub/restaurant, pharmacy and well-stocked shop. A quiet location with lots to do round about.

We actually didn't stay at this property due to frozen pipes therefore it is hard to complete this survey. Tina was helpful & found us alternative accommodation with friends along the road who run their accommodation on a different booking platform. Alternative accommodation host was helpful, friendly & very welcoming.

The property we did stay at was ok, definitely not as modern as the pictures of Tina's garden house & would say not of the same value. Tina was arranging with her friend our payment (as we pre-paid her) & we were told the difference in price would be refunded to us. We now at 6 days on from our stay & have had no communication nor refund in our bank account. I looked up the the friends accommodation that we did stay at on the different platform & the cost was less than we paid.

Milk and tea & coffee provided and some eggs from the in house chickens , though we did not use any of them, the thought was very kind. Must be a great place to be in the summer with the long days. As our stay was in the late Autumn, the weather made the stay a little more exciting yet still comfortable and cosy.

Whilst the place is lovely as a cosy, perhaps more attention could be given to the plumbing of the loo, which had its moments of nervous difficulty in evacuating out to the septic tank, requiring several flushes after a sitting.

Great location prefer staying in accommodation like this than hotels when away for work if for more than 1 night

Beautiful location, wonderful views. Very friendly staff, the provided free free range eggs for us, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. We had free internet and tv. The room was very tidy and well presented, I highly recommend it.

There was nothing I didnt like, that is my honest view.

This is our second stay at the property and will most likely not be our last. Lovely little homely and cosy space, super relaxed and dog friendly. Basic kitchen facilities as it is compact but this isn’t a bad thing at all as it has what you need for a short stay :). Lovely little Christmas decorations giving the festive feel. Close enough to local villages/towns to access shops etc. Lovely walks surrounding also.

Lovely to have eggs, milk and biscuits on arrival after a long drive. Very comfortable bed. Netflix. Free range hens.

Minor point but toilet seat a little wobbly.

Excellent location and very pretty and cosy hideaway! Tina is very welcoming and much a hands-on host. Bed, quilt, and pillows were the most comfortable I had ever known, and I had the most excellent sleep! Would definitely book again in the future!
