Pier View Retreat - 5 Mins Walk to Beach - Sea Views With Parking

Bed was so comfortable and the view was amazing. Felt very cozy and homely

Love the view and the times in the morning when you can wake up get a coffee and just press the button and listen and watch the sea sat up in bed. Be nosey and watch where the boats drift off. Especially at night when you can listen to the waves crashing to fall asleep too. Stephen is such a great host and we let him know when we arrived and left.. we were quite late with arriving but he didnt mind. The bed is lovely to sit up in the mornings and have a cup of coffee, but unfortunately I like a slightly harder bed to sleep in. (Im not going to put this as a bad review as everybody has their likes of comfort) Again im not one for putting a bad review but the shower is electric and doesnt have much of power as im used to a powerful shower, again its personal preference, not a bad review. Cute little complementary basket of biscuits, tea and coffee in the kitchen. You do get 2 toilet rolls and washing up liquid and sponge. Though we are quite used to taking ours we didn't need it. Eventhough it was 2 flights of stairs it would definitely be for the younger generation like us, not for the old folk. We didnt mind. Beach not too far away litterally a 3 minute walk and a cafe we had breakfast at was lovely at the flamingo which is just around the corner. Premier shop is just down the road if you wanna grab some snacks. Harvester is also just on the beach if you fancy a cheeky drink not far away. A 30min walk to the Bournemouth peir isnt too bad as the walk across the beach would keep you occupied on the way. If you like your walking and getting some exercise by the beach. Overall very lovely place to stay by the beach :)

N/A ... was perfect!!

We where under the impression basic toiletries would have been provided, for example there was no toothpaste, therefore I had to leave at the middle off the night to a 24/7 shop to collect toothpaste.

Loved the set up of the main room and the view was exceptional. Kitchen well equipped and nice bathroom. I cooked and it had everything I needed.

Bathroom is a bit tight for space but overall very nice The welcome pack was insufficient with 1 biscuit.

Views - fantastic, location, clean and bright modern decor, compact but had everything needed. Ideal for solo traveller or couple. Has parking space, quiet, safe.

Stairs were very steep up to second floor Narrow parking space - not ideal for larger car
