Spacious 2 Bed-Flat in Glasgow City - Free Parking

If I could rate this property in the negatives I would. I was thoroughly disappointed with what I encountered when I got there. To begin, when we first arrived we could not find the parking space they wanted us in. As we were looking for the keys a lady had came up to us, questioning us for trying to open up the lockbox and saying that we are not allowed to be here and she was going to call the police on us as this is an illegal booking site. That was the first red flag. The second red flag was that as we got into the building it smelt like cigarettes and was very musty. We then got into the place for it to be completely dirty. None of the beds were made, the towels from the previous visitors were still there, there were dirty tissues in one of the bedrooms, there were dirty dishes, the stove top had crumbs all over, garbages full and fecal stains left in the toilet. To summarize, the place was not clean for us at all after we had gotten messages saying the place was ready for us to check in and there was a sheet of rules listed for us that we needed to follow. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and maybe that’s because of my negative experience but we had originally only got there at 9pm and were tired from a whole day of travelling and then had to try and contact Booking.com for help to try and find us a new place to stay. We ended up having to spend more money to stay in a hotel so that we had a place to sleep for the night as we were flying the next day and lost the money we spent to stay there that night. I hope for the people that have this place already booked luck and a better experience but I will never recommend this location to anyone. If I could share all the photos I took, I would!

Nice Apartment.

Manager of property was very helpful in all ways...he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fixed our little hiccups we encountered....even after hours!!

Block out curtains in single bedroom and lounge room would be good idea and a fan available for those hot days/nights would be beneficial apart from these 2 little things place is very comfortable and suited our needs...very handy to train line to was bonus.

The property was clean and well decorated. Check-in was smooth and easy.

I requested an early check-in, but an additional £65 charge was demanded, which is way too much in my opinion. The TV is very old.

The parking was excellent and very nice location.

A bit dirty furniture and bed sheets.
