Spacious 2 Bed-Flat in Glasgow City - Free Parking

Clean space..good location

The flat is at the top of a three storey building and there is no lift. There is no dedicated parking and street parking is very hard to find anywhere near during the day. Television is unwatchable due to poor reception. The firestick provided was broken and the internet failed altogether on the second night. There is mould on the bathroom ceiling and the bath does not drain. The bed is positioned in the doorway so that you cannot close the bedroom door and you have to sidle past the foot of the bed to gain entry. There are stains on the lounges and a threadbare patch in the carpet. There is no hot water pressure and several powerpoints do not work.  Looking back through the reviews, most of these faults have been raised with the landlord months ago and he has done nothing. When I advised him of the problems, he offered a discount on future stays but frankly I would not risk booking any accommodation under his management.

Booking this property was the worst decision of our trip. Despite being listed on Booking.com, it failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. The electric shower—a fundamental amenity—did not work for two full days. Despite reporting the issue and the host visiting to confirm the problem, no resolution was provided. Additionally, the check-in instructions were unclear and misleading, causing confusion with keys and mislabeled taps. Several appliances, including the cooker, microwave, and kettle, were non-functional due to dead power sockets. Guests should not have to troubleshoot basic power issues while on vacation. The promised “Bay 6” parking was unmarked, leaving us to guess and worry about incorrect parking. Communication from the host was delayed and dismissive, with responses coming late at night and lacking any urgency or empathy. The overall experience was frustrating, poorly managed, and completely lacking in hospitality. This property is not fit for listing and certainly not for international guests expecting a minimum level of comfort and care. Booking.com should take responsibility for allowing such a listing to remain on its platform. I strongly urge potential guests to look elsewhere.

Excellent location and close to the station. Easy access to Glasgow city centre. Good safe and very near parking. We had an issue with the TV and the Wi-Fi that was very quickly answered with a visit.

The bedroom door wouldn’t close as the bed was in the way. It needs less furniture in the room. Other than the electric shower, the pressure on the hot water was almost non existent.

We had a lovely stay at the Spacious 2 Bed-Flat in Glasgow City. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is also great—only 10–15 minutes by bus to the city centre, and the bus stop is just around the corner. If you prefer walking, it’s about 40 minutes. There’s a small local market just 2–3 minutes away, and bigger supermarkets like Lidl and Tesco Extra are around 12 minutes on foot. Everything was perfect—thank you for your hospitality!

Location was fantastic Couple of minutes walk from property to train station The flat was roomy and very comfortable,had everything we needed for 3 nights Close to shops if needing any essentials Beds were comfortable and very spacious as it says Was five of us staying and didn't feel overcrowded Will definitely return when next visiting Glasgow

Was a bit cold when we arrived so as suggested if they put this on for guests arriving this would make it cosier This problem was very quickly sorted out between messages and a quick phone call and even checking up to make sure we got the heating on ok and flat had warmed up

Spacious and clean appartment, they had all necesitties you need for comfortable stay. Kichen was well stocked and cooking was a delight. The appartment is out of center in a quiet neighbourhood only one stop from main station. And it is absolutely no problem to get to the city at any time with train. Train station is only 4 minutes away on foot.
