Maindy House - Home close to City Centre + parking

Lovely, renovated home. Great finishes and touches shows the owners care and have really thought about it all. Excellent communication throughout and very comfortable and easy

Location brilliant and a lovely house.

The only thing I didn;t like was the sofa. A larger, more comfortable one would be nice.

Accommodation was extremely clean, well equipped and furnished . In a great location for city centre, the Uni and to get out to surrounding areas . Made an excellent base and we really enjoyed our stay. Plan to book again .

So convenient to the City Centre and Bute Park. Parking was free and the Host sorted our Parking Permit in advance of our arrival. We parked right outside the house. We found the location was quiet. It worked brilliantly for our visit and we could take our dog. The house was well stocked and we really appreciated how we were provided with plenty of towels, loo rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll etc. plus a fully enclosed back yard for the dog. Host was super prompt and helpful.

There was only one shelf in the oven, so it made cooking a bit tricky. 2 shelves would have meant we could cook ourselves some pizza etc. We found the sofa very hard and so a more comfortable sofa would have made it more homely. (The armchairs were ok though).

The house was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and like new. The location was superb, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. Had a lovely garden too which our little doggy loved. Plenty of parking outside. Would definitely recommend, thank you.

We came to Cardiff for the university open day and the location was perfect. Nice quiet road but everything within walking distance. The house was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. We booked the night before our stay and a parking permit was arranged for us straight away.
