Maindy House - Home close to City Centre + parking

The location is very close to city centre. The hose is big enough for 4 people and the beds are very comfortable. Also we liked the fact that we had TV in each bedroom. There is a washing machine and a fridge freezer which is useful. Also we had a big garden. Bath tub is very spacious and water in the shower had pressure and we had no problems with the hot water. Parking is easy and we could park in front of the house. Kitchen is well equipped.

The property can be more clean in my opinion. Also the conservatory can be more tidy and the garden as well, needs to be more taken care of. We had no bathroom essentials as shower gel or shampoo and I believe we could have a little bit of milk for coffee and tea for the morning. I think the leaving room can fit some carpets and curtains to look more welcoming and also the TV could have been placed where the sofa is so everyone can sit there and enjoy watching a movie.

It was perfect for what we needed, as a family of 3 with our dog, and close proximity to walk to the castle and into Cardiff town centre to explore.

Literally the only thing lacking, was a full length mirror. I had to dress up for an event, and there are only standing height mirrors on the wall, or small make up mirrors, but no full length to see a full outfit. The addition of one would be a winner.

Location was perfect for the purpose of our stay. House was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and everything essential was provided. Very impressed indeed. I would definitely book the same property again. Highly recommended!
