Central location. Clean all facilities were there there

Because of once it had been a shop/ office felt a little exposed with big windows never really felt cosy.

Excellent location. It had everything that we needed

The apartment was particularly well equipped. The location is excellent and very central for wandering around Southwold and we were able to park for free in Victoria Street opposite for the duration of the three nights stay of a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.

Shower not hot enough and ran out of hot water in shower on my turn after my wife had hers. Not enough pillows to make it even comfier

The location is absolutely fantastic! The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable and the little touches like biscuit for a tea were just amazing! I also particularly liked the style of the interior, very tasteful yet simple. The initial communication and the promptness of it was spot on from the host. Many mentioned the noise from street and the brightness in the morning but we didn’t have issue with any of those (and I’m particularly sensitive to both). In fact, we loved sitting by the window and watching people coming from/going to the beach.

The light by the bed is dodgy. It just doesn’t work - as mentioned in previous comments, so we had to get in and out before sleep to switch it off. An extra roll of loo paper would have been practical (we tried finding one). Also, on the first morning the automatic window somehow opened by itself at 6:30. We couldn’t really explain it, unless a car’s central lock opener set it off accidentally. Lucky we both woke up for the noise and that the shutters were closed, otherwise anyone could have gotten in. On Monday morning, deliveries kept parking by the window but we were getting ready to leave anyway.
