The location, and amenities

The pullout bed needs to be replaced. We had 6 people with us so two had to use the pullout but we ended up going to Walmart and buying a air mattress. THE PULLOUT IS NOT USEABLE! Needs to be replaced immediately. Needs to have actual pots and pans for a family to use. Oven needs to be cleaned desperately. Will not stay in the unit again.

Beautiful facility, close to everything.

The staff was appalling and the room was not very clean. specifically the bathroom.

Television issues.

Ocean view and the beach was amazing. The swimming pools were very nice.

The apartament was dirty and smells badly. Doors were sticky. One of laundry machine was out of order. We won't back there again.

room was not same as photo of room on Booking.com site. unit and furniture was dated and in need of repair. bedding was too soft and parking did not accommodate our vehicle which required us to park offsite at a cost of $100. metal bed frame was hazardous and we were cut several times on its sharp edges.
